Cancellation Policy
All privates will be a one hour time slots. Once the payment is received ($100 deposit), the time slot will be locked for the package duration or individual private. We require a 24 hour cancellation notice; failure to comply will result in one session being deducted from the package deal or the individual private. Please note: All payments are nonrefundable including our $100 deposit(for package deals); once the charge is in the system no refunds can be issued. Any credits and/or training sessions not used will expire after six months.
